Loving Approach to Quality
Early Childhood Education
Welcome to Little Footprints Early Learning Center!
Children are brilliant. They’re little sponges wanting to soak up all they can. At Little Footprints early learning center, we work tirelessly to equip children with the tools and resources they need to flourish and grow into well-rounded little people.
A Time of Learning and Growth
We believe that young children are like sponges, waiting and wanting to learn and mimic adults. Our in-house “MAPS” curriculum (Math, Art, Project-based learning & Science) lays an emphasis on project-based learning.
All our early learning programs work on monthly projects that are based on the interests of the children and the chosen theme. Working together on a project teaches the children collaboration skills as well as lessons in math, art and science and enhancing their social and language/communication skills. The teachers identify their group’s interest and use their creativity to plan out their group project every month. The academic element of our curriculum, coupled with activities like yoga, dance, music and more cultivates all areas of children’s development.
Your Child Will Adore it Here!
Little Footprints teaches and reinforces life skills like sharing, taking turns, personal hygiene, and others to children as part of our holistic approach to child development. And it’s all viewable first-hand by you, the parents, daily picture updates provided to all families.
Our Mission
Our ‘whole’ child philosophy of early childhood education provides opportunities to learn and grow in all areas of development and education in a way traditional learning centers cannot. Our core pillars of curriculum are science, math, language arts, and extracurriculars.
Where Learning and Fun Meet
At Little Footprints we take our fun seriously. With multiple outdoor playgrounds, each designed for different ages and motor skill levels as well as active indoor activities, our students are exposed to a broad variety of games and playtime fun. From circle time -- singing and reading activities -- to creative movement to craft projects that are both fun and educational, your children will enjoy a wide variety of activities that will stimulate both their bodies and minds. Play time consists of both structured and unstructured activities to enhance social interaction as well as creativity.
